The Russian Foreign Ministry actually posted an April Fools' joke making fun of its alleged involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

"To arrange a call from a Russian diplomat to your political opponent, press 1," the recording said in Russian and English. Press 2 "to use the services of Russian hackers," and 3 "to request election interference."
A ministry duty officer confirmed to the AP that the recording was an official joke.
The FBI, of course, is still investigating the Trump presidential campaign's connections with Russia. And President Donald Trump is still calling the investigation a "total scam" in his early-morning tweets.
So, of course, this is all a joking matter.
