While the recording stated that satellite service should not be disrupted during this time, customers have taken to Twitter to complain about various problems, including disrupted service. Users on DownDetector have also indicated issues in the last 24 hours.

Not only are customers confused about what's going on, but employees seem to be too. Sources told The Vergethat they've been left in the dark about the outage and that the system is so broken that some people haven't worked in over a day.
