Let's be Dear Utol: Week 1 Highlights Episode 7honest: no one except Congress has the power to "shut President Trump down," not even J.K. Rowling.

What leaders can do, however, is humiliate him -- fairly and squarely, as Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop recently did.

Last week, Trump told the French president's wife, Brigitte Macron, that she was in "good shape" -- prompting condemnation from people all around the world, except for Republicans in Congress.

When asked how she would respond if Trump said the same thing to her, Bishop told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation this:

"I'd be taken aback, I think. It's a rather interesting comment to make," Bishop said. "I wonder if she could say the same of him?"

Trump told France's first lady, “You're in such good shape.”
