And thus, sex caught on video it was Christmas. For Mariah had decreed it so.
That's right, folks: the holiday haters in your life are wrong. Even though it's only Nov. 2 and I still have fake spiders all over my apartment, it's officially the holiday season.
Why? Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is on the iTunes charts.
To be fair, Mariah has known that it's Christmas for a while -- she put her tree up at the beginning of October. Now, though, we've finally listened to our wintry empress. Her flawless holiday bop is currently at #58 on iTunes's "Top Songs" chart, which reflects top downloads. (You can buy the song for $1.29 -- a steal if you consider it the source of all holiday spirit.)

The track has not yet entered the Billboard Hot 100, but if past years are any indication, we can expect it to appear in the coming weeks.
It is Christmas, after all!
