On the day of the Oscars,Too Naughty to Say No (1985) - Remastered Dwayne Johnson gracefully accepted an award that Baywatchearned. Except it wasn't an Oscar, it was a Razzie Award.

The 2017 reimagining of the iconic TV show earned a Razzie for the category "So Rotten You Loved It."

The award probably isn't exactly what Johnson and the rest of the Baywatchteam were shooting for when they made the movie, but you gotta take whatever you can get. Johnson, at the very least, took the award with a good sense of humor.
"Look, we made Baywatchwith the best of intentions," Johnson said with a smile. "It didn't work out like that. But I humbly and graciously accept my Razzie and I thank you critics, thank you fans."
The Razzie Award was done in partnership with Rotten Tomatoes, which has Baywatchsitting at a paltry 18%.
"Look, at the end of the day, movie so rotten you eventually fell in love with it, that's just the way love goes," Johnson said.
