The Georgia State and Utah State football teams are scheduled to meet in the 2023 Idaho Potato Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 23 at Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho. The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. MT. 

GA State comes into the matchup 6-6 overall. Most recently, Old Dominion beat GSU 25-24 on Nov. 25. Utah State enters the contest 6-6 overall. On Nov. 24, USU defeated New Mexico 44-41 in double overtime. This is the first meeting between the Georgia State and Utah State football programs.
