According to Whittaker, the woman said: "Have you see the state on that? Who comes to work to sit on a checkout looking like that... don't know who she thinks she is."In the post -- which went viral and has since been taken down -- Whittaker hit back at the woman:
"I've always been taught if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all and as a mother myself I think it's wrong to teach your children to be cruel to people," says Whittaker, who admits hearing the words "hurt". She responded to the woman with three points. "1st of all, why would you find that acceptable? I'm not harming nobody."
"2nd. Why don't you lead by example to your daughter about empowering other women rather than tearing them down," she continued.
"3rd. When you can do a cut crease as sick as this then come back to me and tell me I look like sh*t. Girl bye," Whittaker wrote. Sick burn, Kerry.
