The so-called Nunes Memo, a contentious document authored by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes' staff, alleges abuse of power by the F.B.I. in relation to its investigation into the Trump campaign's possible ties to the Russian government.

Now, importantly, it's not like all of Congress's websites went down or anything — it was just this one page. But still, you'd think that someone, somewhere, would have planned ahead for this.
