Mitchell introduced his revelation with a hilarious headline: "BREAKING," his tweet read. "Trump Introduces us to His Newest Cabinet Member, a Frog Painted on His Face." From there, he shared with the world a variety of examples to prove that it's not something Trump will be able chalk up to weird camera angles—this is a thing.
