During the incident at Italian Kitchen on U, a police officer was eating dinner when the woman helped herself to two of the officer's fries.
In the police report, the officer states, "I politely asked D-1 to not do that again because I paid for that food and she was stealing from me and she could be arrested for theft of my food." The woman then called the officer's bluff and snatched one more fry.
She now faces second-degree theft when she goes before the judge.
Think of that the next time you want your date's last fry.
