Well even though they did lose 3-0, at least Clydebank got a nice viral tweet out of it.

People were quickly speculating that it could be the fastest goal ever.

So is it?

Well it's tricky to say, because you can't tell from that GIF exactly how much time passes before the ball hits the net.

But based on this Wikipedia page, it's certainly a contender.
