Speaking at Recode's 2017 Code Conference at a ritzy resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California on Wednesday, Clinton shared her "covfefe" theory with host Kara Swisher: "I thought it was a hidden message to the Russians."
So, what does "covfefe" actually mean? Though it's widely assumed to be nothing more than a typo, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer shared another explanation at Wednesday's audio-only press briefing.
